Castaways

Castaways is a short fishing game built around a mechanic that tests coordination and focus.  After washing ashore, a castaway meets an eccentric island resident who teaches him to fish for survival. What begins as a simple lesson soon grows into a small but earned adventure as you test your skill and patience against increasingly difficult catches. Along the way you'll explore new fishing spots and encounter fish with very different behaviors—some calm and steady, others far more unpredictable.

Movement Controls
WASD – Move
Right Click + Drag – Rotate camera / character
Left Click + Drag – Look around

Fishing Controls
Middle Mouse Button (Hold and Release) – Cast line

Left Mouse Button – Reel line
Mouse Movement – Counter fish movement to manage tension

How to Play (Windows):

1. Download and unzip the file
2. Open the folder: Windows
3. Then open: Castaways_Packaged
4. Go to: Binaries > Win64
5. Launch: Castaways_Packaged-Win64-Shipping.exe
